Does anyone know how much space I have to work on? I have 5" in front of the CNC´s, from the top to the frame. Will I be able to close the hood?

Just measured mine. There's almost exactly 5-inches from the frame in that area to the underside of the cowl, which includes a rib in the cowl right about that location. It would be slightly more away from the rib. But 5-inches as you have yours is too close IMO. Almost for sure will interfere. I would drop it down an inch or so just to make sure things clear. That's one of the reasons I went to the Tilton reservoirs, which are a little more compact.

If I could expand upon this by asking a question.
Though my build is on temporary hold, I have similar next steps, brake and fuel system plumbing. I am wondering, does the outlet of the reservoir need to be higher than the master cylinder? (common sense tells me yes but confirming my suspicions would be nice). If it can be lower then likely just the fluid level in the reservoir would just need to be higher?
I'll explain further. I would like to add an aluminum panel to cover that area of the frame and I intended to cut out holes just for the caps to stick through so the reservoirs would be clean and hidden from view. That means the outlet would be fairly low. Though not sure where it would fall. (everything is packed right now for my move) I am using 2 stainless reservoirs from FFR.

As long as the top of the liquid is above the master cylinder it will flow in.

Lowering the top of the CNC reservoirs to 4", moving it outside the inner frame rail, leaves the bottom of the fluid over the cylinders.

Thank you, sir. Lowered one inch.

Does anybody have a picture of where they ran the hoses through the firewall? And inside the footbox?

Here's how I routed mine. Since I have a hydraulic clutch, didn't need the hole in the footbox for the clutch cable. So the three hoses went through that hole and directly to the MC's. Works out well.

Very helpful. I was planning to use that for the wiring harness. So I guess my next question is how did you run that through the firewall?

I made a new hole for the front harness in the outside corner of the footbox. Can see it in this picture.

This shows the inside of the front footbox after everything was in. Much later than the picture I posted earlier. It's a busy place! Moving the front harness over and down helped a little. This isn't the only way guys have plumbed and wired this. Just my approach.

If anyone is contemplating the Tilton reservoirs, I have a brand new in the box Motive bleeder set up.
Once you use one you will understand it's value. Please PM me.
