Kit Pick-Up and Factory Tour on 08-22-11

It was a busy day, but the highlight of my day was meeting Mark and Courtney Doering from Alabama who were here to pick up their GTM, to get a plant tour, and to visit with the FFR staff in preparation for their GTM build.

The Doerings head south to Alabama in a race to beat Irene with their brand new GTM.

The Doerings run a company called Addictive Sports Cars and this GTM is destined to be a company car.

Welcome to the club Mark & Courtney. Looks like the storm is turning away from you, and headed up the east coast. Hopefully you'll dodge that bullet!

Have fun with your build! And Welcome.

I say good for Dave, highlighting a customer. I think it should be done every now and then to remind everyone the excitement we had when we picked up ours. It is not everyday Blue collar folk can buy a supercar. Normal people with exotic tastes, usually those dreams go unfulfilled.

Welcome to the club.
