After calling 5 or 6 places, found one here. nexgenoffroad.com. They don’t have them listed on the site but apparently have a supplier with some still in stock.
I’m told CNC are no longer taking orders/shipping and may be closing up shop so if you may need one now would be the time to find one.

If you're still looking, Classic Performance Products has one simular to Scotts. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/clp-rr3/overview/ The one pictured is a dual, but that is the part number(CLP-RR3) for the triple.
