Anyone know where i can get new FFR A frame bushings ? or what size the bushing are ? Maybe the Energy Suspension (replacement for stock lower control arms) would fit? or I just go with http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/spherical-bearing-inserts-for-front-lower-and-2015-irs-control-arms/ and be done with it

If you need the metal insert, Breeze has them: https://www.breezeautomotive.com/shop/front-lower-control-arm-bushing-set/

But personally, I'd go with the F5 spherical bearings.

P.S. See how easy that was to spend your money? ;)

Agreed. "or I just go with http://www.factoryfiveparts.com/sphe...-control-arms/ and be done with it" that is your answer.

+3 on the new spherical bearings.

I just finished installing them on my car. I haven't driven it yet, so no first hand performance experience to share. However, the install was easy enough, so you won't need a great deal of time to make the switch; especially considering you have to do most of the work to replace the original bushings regardless. Good luck!
