Another S10 trans mod question

I'm trying to determine which pigtail will be necessary to hook up the electronic speed sensor on the T5 with an S10 tail shaft. Apparently there are more than one, but I'm not sure what year vehicle my tail shaft came out of. Here's a picture of the unit on the transmission.

Does anyone know what the part # is?

PG Cobra, Hey thanks for that link. I couldn't find a reference anywhere, and I was getting to that point of ordering a few different plugs to try to find the right one. I really appreciate the help.
