I got my stuff 3 wks after order. Would like to order more, but unfortunately not interested in waiting another 3 weeks for stuff.

They're not Amazon or Summit Racing or [fill in the blank] with instant shipping and highly tuned customer service. Not very responsive to emails either as I've personally found out. But they did fill my last couple orders and resolved a quality issue with one of them. Eventually. Order from them knowing who/what they are is the best I advice I can give.

I wanted to buy a couple of things the main reason I called them was to purchase a set of floor mats for a MK1 they list them but they are not in stock, they offer them for all four according to the website. The only ones they have in stock is for a MK4 my question was when do they feel they will be back in stock so the other items I wanted could be shipped together. Since Factory Five doesn't offer them does any know where I may be able to get a set?

How quickly the company changed! Paula would ship out parts same day to me no matter where in the country I was. And often left a gift for Jake in the package too!

I ordered parts and received them in 2 weeks....in New Zealand. I have ordered from them quite a lot, you get near on zero comms from them, but the parts have always arrived and have never had any issues. I hope they keep going.

My wife ordered the MK4 floor mats and got the MK3. If the MK3 are the same as the MK1 I'll trade you.

She cant get in touch with them apparently so I guess I'm stuck with them.

If anyone wants them send me a PM, regular FL price, I'll cover shipping.

According to Factory Five MK1 are different and the other three won't work
