Looking for the preassembled side vents, not the ones that come with the kit, thanks

Shane at VRaptor Speedworks, a vendor on the forum, makes some nice heavier gauge ones. Multiple people in my local club have them and they look great. I'm putting them on my current build as well.

Bill,
Before you order, try bending the stock pieces first:

Mine came out way better than I had expected.

From your post, I wasn't sure if you were just looking for a deal on a set someone wasn't using or if you simply couldn't find them. Here is the FFR catalog link:

If FFR doesn't have them in stock, try **********:

They are the exact same part FFR sells.

Anybody ever done these? They have matching side vents as well.

Jeff, was that their standard or tall version of the hood vents? I'm getting ready to buy them and that's the look I want. Mine will be painted to match the body. I really like that look.

I think at the time (about 4 years ago) they were the only version available. Those are now shown as "Mk 3 Roadster Hood Louvers"
http://vraptorspeedworks.com/mk-3-roadster-hood-louvers/
Note that the outside rear corners are radiused to match the hood rather than squared as shown on the Mk4 version. Personal opinion of course but I like the radius better.
Here's the underside:

Just so you know, there's plenty of work in fitting & finishing them to the hood.

My stock FFR fender vents are painted to match the car. They look fine.
Painted, they don't really stand out as much as the polished ones do.
