View Full Version : Brake line route question

I am running my brake lines now and have the front lines mocked up with the stock brake line material. I will change to stainless when I am happy with the route I chose. I ran the rear lines up and out of the master cylinder, my front line I ran down and out of the master cylinder. Is there any problem running the brake line turning down exiting the master?
Thanks

Not sure what the problem is but the 90' fitting leaving the MC points down instead of up.

No. Orient the fittings however works best for your planned brake line routing. No picture showing here either BTW.

Thank guys, I didn't think it mattered but wanted to make sure.
The pictures look great when I pull the thread up, not sure what's going on. Not sure it matters that I have a Mac?

Pics are up now! That should work fine... no issue to hydraulics as to which direction it goes.
Can anybody see the pic below?

No issues with up/down/sideways... but one thing to keep in mind is future serviceability.
It gets REALLY busy in that space a little later in the build. If you have to replace a master cylinder down the road give consideration to the access to the fittings.
