All this should be in the manual. However, the lower holes are usually used for street and the upper for racing. On the center link I used the center hole but keep an eye on your drive shaft angle. You may need to use a different hole with the LS3/T-6 setup you have.

On the most recent truck frames, and all of the Gen 2 33s, the second set of holes is for a higher ride height which can be used either if you want to run larger tires or to gain more clearance for a full fenders. (you can also raise just the rear if you like the raked look) In other words the standard ride height on the those chassis is the upper set of holes and the taller ride height is the lower set of holes.

For the coupe and 818, those chassis both have a second set of holes that are above the standard ones that is for a lowered "track/autocross" ride height.

Wallace, looks like things have changed since our frames, mine in no. 15.
For lower control arms, I only have two attachment holes, verses the 4 shown in Damn Yankee photo no. 1. Manual shows using upper hole of two holes, page 65. .
My upper control has 3 attachment holes and the manual says use the middle, page 65.

Jim Schenck, what is corrected in the newer chassis, and what are us early users supposed to do?
I am interested in higher ride height, but not sure which hole to use in the early chassis.

The second set of holes was one of the features added to the Gen 2 33. Because the truck and 33 share many components and a main frame fixture, the truck chassis automatically had these holes added as well. On the chassis you have there aren't additional any holes for ride height changes, but the rear suspension has alternate locations for mounting the upper control arm. The middle location is a good starting location and good for street use, the lower hole is more aggressive in terms of a drag race launch but not as good under braking. The top hole is likely never going to be used unless you have the ride height up way high and you are getting wheel hop under braking.

The rear solid axle lower brackets on the chassis have two sets of holes, the uppers are for the truck and the lowers are for the 33. On the newer brackets there are now 4 sets, 2 ride heights for the truck and 2 for the 33, plus they are offset now as the 33 had the axle shifted rearward in the Gen 2 update.
