I’m in the process of completing my Roadster wiring and wanted to install a better connector on the wiper motor electrical connector than the FFR supplied crimped connectors. Has ANYONE found a connector that will plug into the FFR wiper motor connector?

If so please forward the information to me!

Thanks 101444

Good find for sure. Just want to mention that there is technically nothing wrong with 5 separate insulated female spade connectors.

There is nothing wrong with the supplied spade connectors, it’s just a bit easier to plug in one connector vice five if maintenance is needed.

I used to have the five lugs. Twice, only during the heaviest Florida rain, my wipers stopped straight up. The socket on the motor makes a nice little bucket. My theory is that it filled up and shorted out. Yes it takes near-hurricane rain to get wet back there, but I have managed it twice.

I now have the proper connector, and did a little waterproofing. I can't prove it (yet), but I would spend the few bucks to get connector. Moss Motors also has them.
