About a week or so ago I ordered a 90 degree oil filter adaptor from Mark Reynolds at Breeze Automotive. Last night it came in and I opened the box only to find out that the bolt holding it to the block was missing. I called this morning and he discovered that the other ones he had in stock were also missing the bolt. He promised to check into it and get back to me today. I got a phone message 10 minutes ago from Mark and he indicated that Ford Racing was apprised of the problem but they didn't know when it could be corrected. Given that he knew my engine was arriving next week he told me that he had taken the one off of his own car and would send it right away. Wow THAT is customer service. It does not get better than that.

I would also like to recommend Mark at Breeze Automotive. I have ordered several parts from him over the past 4 weeks and have always had excellent service and quick delivery.

Mark is an excellent forum vendor. He epitomizes low key professionalism, and has always seemed to under-promise and over-deliver, something that's not too common in the service industry these days.

Mark is the best - I agree with all of the above statements. He continues to amaze me with great quality products, superb customer service and a sense of tenacity that is greatly appreciated.

I agree - Breeze is awesome to work with. I've bought a number of things from Mark and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

I built my MKII from May of 2004 to July of 2007. During that time, I had many dealings with Mark Reynolds, and was constantly impressed by his technical knowledge and his willingness to share it openly with all of us, regardless of whether we bought anything at the moment. I welcomed all of his assistance, his speedy service and his remarkable integrity. By the time I was finished building, I had come to think of Mark as a personal friend, though I have never actually met him face to face. Wonderful chap, and his helpful hints and advice lightened the burden of making certain critical build decisions on many occasions. It's gratifying (but not surprising) that so many of his customers feel that way as well.

Mark is top notch! He responds quickly to orders or just to answer questions. He knows the cars well and has helped me resolve issues more than once. I typically thank of Breeze first for any parts. I've bought rear brake rotors, radiator shroud, radiator support bar, battery relocation kit, seat platforms, and probably a bunch of parts I've forgotten.
