headers to exhaust

For the FFR supplied exhaust do you recommend a flange gasket to connect to headers?

how about the flange connections with the supplied exhaust?

What size?

gaskets come with the parts, many use them and others like me use Ultra copper. Make sure the surfaces are flat and fit up correctly and both will work. In some cases the header flange does not mate up with the head properly and it needs a little work with a grinder.
