Someone to Flash ECU for 1999 4.6 SOHC

I am looking for someone that can flash my new EEC-V ECU with HPTuners for my initial start up (remove PATS, EGR, rear O2 sensors, etc.). I want to be able to send my ECU to them and have it reprogrammed. Anyone have any recommendations?

I sent mine to Ron Francis. Don't remember the exact price, but wasn't unreasonable. I have a 2004 DOHC 4.6, but had the same things done that you want done.
