I've been trying to figure out whom or how I pay for a sponsorship. I had links sent to be but they must be broken. Can someone shoot me a message or post a good link here please?

There is a link to email Dave Lindsey on that page. He will help you get set up and can make a banner for you for free. One note; prices will be going up this year. Those prices were supposed to be introductory but as you will read they haven't changed since 2011!
