Seems the manual doesn't have much info other than the top hinge hole cutout. Maybe I missed it if there is more info.
Did you guys find something I missed?

I just went back though the manual and I don't see anything about the lower hinge. If my memory is correct I did the lower hinge just like the upper hinge. Once you cut the upper hinge hole out the lower will make more sense.

It doesn't really ever say, I personally watched Eric Hansen's videos and "The Compound" videos on youtube to work through how to put the doors together. Super helpful. Links below.

Thanks for the info Bill and Ryan. Those links are very helpful.
I was planning on doing the hinges yesterday but decided to get the roll bar to fit (without having to hammer it in place) and then cut the holes for it in the waterfall.
After I finished the above I need to dig into the manual more, don't remember seeing the sides of the waterfall overlapping the hinge area in other posts or videos.
Did you guys have these big gaps too?
Also the link showed the hinge bracket is positioned 5/16" above the frame, the manual said 1/8" which is where I have it now. Which is correct?

I massaged and refit the waterfall and pulled it in with trim screws. I set the height at 5/16" on the hinge bracket.

Bill, thanks. I just looked at the manual again and see it does say 5/16, I think I got the 1/8" from the space to leave above the door hinge standoff to account for the brass bushing.

This is how we ended up once setup.

I ended up using 10-32 Rivnuts so i can easily remove the waterfall if necessary.

Thanks AJT, I like the clamp method of pulling it into place and that cutout so you can remove the waterfall without messing with the door hinges.
I'll be using rivnuts on the waterfall too.

It would have been so much easier if we had a template to use to cut the holes.

Yes they over lap. Need to cut so they are not in the hinge openings. I set the standoffs at 5/16. Had to adjust one of them to make the door correct.
