35 truck wiper kit ?

Im building a 35 p/u and gathering parts and info. It might have been already covered here but I have to ask. That is whats the best route to go with wiper kits for the 35 p/u ? Im pretty sure here in the state of Illinois I would have to have a power system to get my project licensed. Ive been looking around some look like junk others look like they aren't going to work I just don't know and I want to make the right decision and not get to the end and chop it up.

I bought 2 motors for a 34 ford and plan to put them on bottom and going to try to miss the air cond ducts and defrosters these things can get kinda congested in some areas all my other cars have delete bullets on the shafts and I use rain x
