35p/u lower control arm help please

Hello everyone, just starting my build and I’m having trouble getting the rear lower control arm front attached to the frame. The bolt says 10.9 on the head but it’s to large for the hole on the frame but fits nicely in the rod end. I’m looking at page 65 in my manual for the pick up truck and the picture looks totally different as far as the frame mount is concerned. The 3rd link in the center is fine the bolt slips right in the center hole . My first thought but probably wrong is to enlarge a hole but which one top or bottom? But I’m probably wrong. Has anyone ever run into this before? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to enlarge the hole in the frame. Bottom hole for street. The rear end bolts are metric.
