View Full Version : Brembo Brakes?

Has anyone used the Brembo Brakes from the 2015-up Shelby GTR? I asked David at FFR and his extended response was "We don't recommend those brakes" with no reasoning behind why. Not sure if anyone has any experience with them and why they may not recommend them. I know they are a Willwood dealer and that may be why they do not recommend them.
Currently waiting for Stewart Transport to pick up my kit from FFR so I can tear into it.

Mostly won't fit the spindles without custom adapter brackets. They certainly will not clear a Halibrand style wheel.

Then I assume the calipers are deisgned different and have different mounting points than a stock Mustang? I ordered the 18" Halibrand wheels.
