Noob to Coyote question - Wiring harness on the engine from Ford

The Ford harness that comes on the crate engine has a connector for the (factory) Oil Pressure sender.
This sender is replaced with whichever sender your FFR gauges require.

Question is:
Does the Ford ECU/ECM/Magic Black Box engine computer require an oil pressure input?

Also, I'm assuming the ECU gets an engine temp signal from another sensor on the block?

That little section of wiring will go on a "diet" and be trimmed back & capped off.

Answers received are correct of course. One piece of trivia that may be useful at some point. The Coyote doesn't have a standard water temp sensor. What it does have is a Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) sensor and it "infers" engine/coolant temp for things such as the cooling fan signal. If you ever read data from the ODB2 port, CHT is the data stream available for engine temp. Of course the gauge sending unit installed in the block port per the instructions will give actual coolant temp to the gauge, but for reference only.
