Rear Grille with Louvers

I had a request to make a rear lower grille with louvers to match the trunk lid louver plate. Thought I'd check here to see if there's any interest. It's out for quote now, but I'll update it later. I'm making 1 either way, but it's a lot cheaper unit wise to make 2 or 3.

Edit: Got pricing back from the laser shop:

Includes the main louver plate, two brace plates, flush mounted studs pressed in, and nylock nuts for a hidden fastener mounting.

I said that I was interested. I am planning on using your grates and tail lights above either your lower grate or lower louvres. Do you think the louvers wold look good with your upper grates or do I need to have all 3 match?

I have two cut outs on the back of my car. I have the exhaust sticking through the bottom one with some expanded metal. The expanded metal came off the upper one. That is really the one I need. Are you planning on doing both?

Hojo: Not completely sure how it would look. On my car I made them all match (all hex). I think it would look better if they all matched. There's a few photos here for consideration.

Rob T: Not quite sure what you're asking. Are you asking for the upper grille to be available in a louver style? Can you post a photo of your upper hole? I've done some hex panels for the upper piece. I did a square, a full length replacement, two smaller side replacements, and some 3/4 replacements. Some were one-offs or low volume (more expensive) others I had made in higher quantities.

I thought I had made a decision about my rear. My wife ( Wesleyan Fine Arts Major ) has convinced me that using the new louvre would be the best way to go. Soooo I am back in as a final decision.

Got the parts, sanded them, sent them to my friend, he TIG welded the braces in place. I should have them in hand this weekend.
