This site runs with the help of volunteers, and no volunteer helps as much as Ray.
He's our patrol officer, never interfering, but throwing up red flags when he sees something that is not up to our published standards. He's also one of the key people that has been instrumental in the HB show running as smoothly as it does, year after year.
