Need some ideas>> I bought Dan Ruths 4-Link Adjustable Suspension. I like his kit with the option to adjust wheel base to center the rear with the Fender. Nice quality parts, but I ran into some fitting issues. Wanted to see if any of you had the same issues.

1. The Fork is a bit larger than the FFR Link. I will add some shims to take up the play. No problem>

2. The Moser Bushing Bolt is 0.46" (31/64) (11.8mm)
Dan's bolt is 0.50 (1/2") (12.7mm)+- so it will not fit in bushing.

Went through 3-drill bits trying to drill out the hardened steel. No luck.

Was thinking of driving to Summit tomorrow (20min) and buying the Mustang Prothane Bushings. Any Suggestions or Comments?

Thanks!

I'd call Dan and talk to him about it.

I have the same 4-link set up and issue you are having with the bushing sleeve. Advice from Dan was to try a 1/2 inch step bit vice drill bit to see if that works out. I eventually went and bought the Prothane bushings with sleeve, PTP-6-309BL, which still required me to use the 1/2 inch step bit to ream the sleeve. Removing the bushing and sleeve from the Moser axle was a huge PITA as once you start to remove it there is no turning back. Nonetheless, the new bushing and sleeve works great.

Thanks Papa_Jack!! Great advise. I am going to Granger today to buy a Reamer, and to Summit for my Bushings. Thanks for your advise. Dan is great to work with.
