I have Wilwood brakes and IRS. I'm about to run the brake lines but have a question. In the build manual, both the front and rear flexible steel lines show that they connect to the calipers with banjo bolts. The manual even gives the torque requirements. However, I only have one set (2 lines) of the flexible lines with banjo bolts. I have two sets (4 lines) of flexible lines that connect to the caliper with an elbow shaped nipple. I have attached a picture of both. The 4 lines with the nipple attachment came with the Wilwood brakes. The 2 lines with the banjo bolt came from Factory Five with my IRS components. These are my questions: Am I missing 2 banjo bolt lines for the front calipers from Factory Five? Should I use the lines that came from Wilwood on the front and the banjo bolt lines on the back? Or, should I use the Wilwood provided lines on the front and back and just not use the ones with the banjo bolts?

The banjo bolt lines are redundant. Use what came with the Wilwoods. The wildwood attachment is a tapered pipe thread. Make sure you use thread sealer.

My Wilwood rears used banjo bolts and the fronts used the fittings Mike described. Use what Wilwood provided or recommends.
