Well folks, all of the painting is done now. I know I showed a pic of the body painted before, but we still had to paint the underside of the decklid and hood, as well as finish body working and painting the engine bay. Now that the paint is done we finally had some time this week to get our dressed up Three-Valve into place on the mounts. Also got all the suspension pieces painted and reinstalled and the 9-inch back in the car.

Waiting on a starter index plate and the trans will go in next week, then we can measure for a driveshaft and move on withe brake and fuel plumbing, and wiring. Hope to hear it run by the end of Sept. Here's a few photos for you...

Looks good Mark, Did you do a Mustang II in the front???

Hey Joey..

Yes, it's a Heidts Superide II MII front. Tubular arms and billet coilovers (same coilovers in the rear). They don't have modular engine mounts however, we got those from a Mustang shop out west who does a lot of MII setups and has already put a Three-Valve in a '65 Mustang...

Without jinxing myself we will have it done by the end of the year and will drive it to Silver Springs...
