Primed the oil system, manually ran fuel pump to set regulator. Cranked it over-no start. Had helper manually run fuel pump just before turning key, so i had 60 psi when started to crank-no start. What should I start looking at first? Any ideas appreciated. Inertia switch is down "on"

Does the fuel pump run on it's own when you are cranking the engine?
There is a pink wire in the LS3 harness that is labeled "Ign Sw", do you have that connected to a switched 12 volt connection?
Other things that some have forgot.
Air intake still blocked off from the build
MAF not connected

You were correct on the pink Ign. Sw. wire. I probably read that a half a doz. times but for some reason did not hook it up. I could hear the fuel pump sequence in before start this time. Started up great! First start! sounds great too.
Thanks Jim and good luck with your trans.

Good to hear it was an easy fix.
As the others have said "no video"...it didn't happen.
Hope to have the tranny back together and in the car by Wed or Thursday depending on when the parts arrive.
