Buy a car in another state and Register in Massachusetts?

I was wondering if its any easier if you buy a titled and registered factory five 33 hot rod in another state (like New York). then bring it to Massachusetts and register/title it, is it any easier than a whole new build or is it the same process with crushing a old car?

thanks for the info, I was hoping IF it was driving in another state it would be easier, but i guess it isn't.
