I don't have room in my garage to store my motor while I'm preparing my project for the installation of the motor. I've installed the radiator and finished the pedal box. I've also temporarily installed the foot boxes. What else should I do before I have my motor shipped and installed?

John,
Assuming you are at the Roller Stage then you need to:
1. Install all of the aluminum from the firewall forward.
2. Install pedal box.
3. Run & install the brake lines.
4. Run & install the fuel line.
5. Run & install the fuel return line if applicable.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, it does. I've finished the front suspension and the rear end. Looks like I need to finish brake lines and fuel lines. I'm just anxious to have Mike Forte send my motor.

Sounds like you are in a good place.
Remember to lift the rear of the car to make it easier to install and/or remove the driveline.

Yup just like Steve said, jack up the back end to make it easier. I had thought install of the motor and tranny was going to be hard but it was a breeze. Maybe I was lucky.
