FFR GT Perfromance Brakes-connections and lines

Hi Guys,
I am in the process of installing the braided ss brake lines and fitting.
This is the FFR supplied GT brake kit.
The through hole bolt will not thread into the mounting coupler...…
I look at the threads on both, they seem fine.
I tried to fit them in the other coupler, nothing.

Has any one else had this issue with the though hole bolt and mounting coupler not fitting?
Ideas, suggestions??

That bolt is actually for attaching the braided brake line to the caliper. The other end of the line goes on the nipple. Then your hard brake line goes on the opposite end where you have the bolt threaded into. See my pics for examples.
