Do I need to add an oil cooler to the PS? If so, recommendations?

I am installing one for numerous reasons, might be needed, have one on hand, easier to do now, no down side. Mine is actually a Moroso trans cooler with an internal filter. I plan to start with no filter. I am running it on the return side of the rack back to the reservoir. I hope the FF reservoir is large enough, another reason, increased fluid capacity.

IMO, yes, absolutely. Even on the street, that fluid can get really hot. Put it in the return line, so it's low pressure.

BTW Honda PS fluid from a dealer works better at high temps.

Thank you for your inputs, gentlemen. One more point on the to-do list

This is how I installed mine. The cooler is a transmission cooler made by C&R Racing. I can't speak to how well it works as the car isn't on the road yet.
