IRS Front Nut Gap

Finishing up the pumpkin tonight as I just need to torque down the bolts. As I was tightening down the front flange nut, I was reminded that the metal sleeve inside was not flush with the bushing front to back when I installed it. The sleeve is just slightly too long. So now when I tighten the nut, I have a tiny gap between the bushing due to the sleeve poking out a bit. It will be the same on the other side. See pic. Any issues with this?

Because of the amount of threads we have behind the nut, and the fact that the nut will tighten up against the sleeve even if it’s flush against the bushing, I would guess that we are good to go? If not, I suppose I could push the bolt half way out, remove the front bushing, grind the sleeve down a bit while in place then reassemble.

Just to close the question out in case anyone else has it beside me and Steve, I spoke with FFR Tech, and they said that the small gap is fine, whether its on the IRS ear side of the bushing or on the other side with the flanged nut. I asked why the sleeve is longer than the inside of the bushing, and was told that's just the way it is manufactured. Not sure about the latter answer, but seems like we can move on.
