Guys,
Where did you mount your shocks-MKIV-3 link rear, standard front width:
Lower holes or upper holes on the frame shock mount areas?
Thanks

That's a new feature added to some kits. The bottom holes are for "street" height. Top holes for "race" height, e.g. lowered. Assuming you want the street height, and are using the standard Koni's pictured, use the bottom holes.

They appear upside down based on the pictures in the "manual"?

Assume you mean the shock mounting? The standard red Konis can be mounted body up or body down. The manual does picture the rear standard Konis body up. But they'll work fine the other way as long as they clear everything.

The second set of holes was added for the newer style twin tube adjustable Koni's which are slightly longer. Those are the aluminum colored ones as opposed to the old black double adjustables that had to be removed to adjust compression. Edward is correct that the red steel bodied shocks can mount either way, but the aluminum colored ones must be mounted body down.

Thanks Jim. Yea, I left some of that out because the OP didn't have the double adjustable shocks. These are the pages in the Gen 3 Coupe manual where this is shown. I'm assuming it's exactly the same for a Roadster since the suspensions are the same. I don't have the latest Roadster build manual.
