Trying to install the 94-04 Donor Pedal Box, and the white plastic item as pictured is hitting the frame. If I swing it to the other side of the frame it has very little travel. What am I doing wrong guys?

Someone didn't put that back together the right way. Pull the clutch pedal off and re-clock the quadrant 180*.

What happens to the sensor that was bolted to the bracket that was cut in half? There is only one hole left in it after cutting it on a diagonal.

Not sure I remember where that goes or what it controls.

I think it is for the cruise control, after back tracking a bit.

Yes, it's the cruise control dump switch. On the other side is the clutch safety start switch---I always recommend keeping and incorporating that.
