Mk4 side pipes cracking

Hello.
Something interesting happened today.
Got about 500 miles so far and noticed a hair line crack on my stainless stell side pipes.

Anyone with similar experience? What is the cause and remedy for this?

Call Factory Five

This is the third case in the past couple months.

Looks like Factory Five got a bad batch.
