4.6L Donor Manifolds

Getting ready to flip the (2002 4.6L) manifolds so they exit out the front, and I have a question. The manifold on the right has a line plumbed into it that feeds back to the top of the engine. Does that get plugged off, or re-plumbed once the manifold is flipped?

Yes, that is what I did. I welded up the EGR port, and made a block off plate on the throttle body as well.

Confirm, I put a plug on my 98 manifold and made up an EGR block off plate (or you can order one).
