I do recognize that paint scheme. I want to say that was built by a guy in Washington/Oregon? I think his name was Bill. We stopped by his hot rod shop many years ago when we went to a race in Portland. Very meticulous in the interior department and also did very nice body work on the cars that I saw at the shop. That was many years ago though, so I could be totally wrong.
