2007 Donor Axle - Anti-moan or not/dustshields?

Are the anti- moan brackets necessary.
Also, are the dust shields necessary as well?
Cleaning up the donor axle in preparation......

Moan Brackets - Yes (unless you want your brakes to moan)
Shields - No
