Here is picture of the lock nut you need to retorque after doing the 4wd to 2wd conversion on 818.
Does anyone know proper torque for this nut. I can't tell from shop manual which number is this particular nut. 90 ft# maybe??

Make sure you heat up and pull out the bearing race in the top of your picture. It will fall out on it's own after a few heat cycles and while I don't think it can get anywhere it'll do damage it's best not to tempt fate.

Thanks both of you. Never even thought of race even tho its staring you in the face.
Now if I can only get the clutch slave to work. Pressure bleed it, no leaks, but very low pedal. Have clearance on pedal so port on master open.Open bleed on slave after fully bled and slowly push clutch pedal down and only
get flow out slave when pedal almost to floor. Take master off and bench bleed and it pumps fluid out with just a small 1/2 stroke compared to 2 in stroke in car.
