Well, the drivetrain vibration that I discussed in the following link from last year has been resolved.

https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?24922-Drivetrain-vibration-possible-transmission-issue

I tackled a few issues - one being a leaky shock (which may have been caused by the vibration, not the source) and mis-aligned U-joints that were beyond the recommended working angle and were the source of a bit of bind - actually some contact at the front between the slip yoke and the driveshaft U-joint cap areas.

My guess is that the culprit was a slight mis-balance in the driver's side rear wheel / tire, as I didn't have the vibration when I did a test-drive with my 17" FFR wheels. So, after a dynamic balance (the type that places two weights on the barrel of the wheel... one near the back lip and the other just behind the spokes) and installation of hub centric rings (figured these couldn't hurt), it's now gone. I confirmed it on a fairly long test drive this afternoon with lots of time spent in the 45 - 50 mph range, which is where the vibration used to be the most pronounced.

For those who are using Yukon axles (Fox length) and the FFR wheels, but would like a better fitment, consider a ten buck investment in a set of hub centric rings. I noticed that the front hub flange is large enough to make the front wheels center on the hub, rather than on the lugs, so the set of four that you'll get for your saw-buck will allow you to share a pair with a friend.

Here's a pic of the rings that I bought on Amazon - the size is 70.4 - 63.4, which is the outside and inside diameters in millimeters.

Glad to see those helped your problem. I put them on my build. I wasn't sure if it was worth it, but it sounds like it may be.
