Hi, I'm going to build a Roadster when I retire. Is there anyone in my area working on one or has a completed one, and some build wisdom to share?

I am up in Alachua, FL. About a 3hr drive for you. Currently working on an MK4. I have done 11 FFR kits. I have folks visit often and help any way I can. PM me if interested.

I'm not sure of other builds in St. Pete, but my dad still lives there and I'm sure would love the chance to swing by and see the build or help in any way needed.
wallace18 would be a huge source of knowledge and well worth the drive time to go see.

I am in Port Charlotte and have a complete MKIV and a Gen III Coupe about 90% complete if you want to take a quick jaunt down this way.

I’m not exactly in the neighborhood. I’m in Pensacola with an MKIV about 10% complete. Had to put the car on temporary hold to get the house renovation worked.

Retired too so time is more flexible. Expect to spool back up on the car soon. Would be more than happy to have a visit once I’m swinging wrenches again.
