These parts are from Wilwood kit #140-9223 for a Ford 8.8 rear axle. Included are the caliper mounts, rotor hats, internal parking brake, and mounted spacers (these have been modified).
I changed my rear axle to a full floating set up so the parking brake set up with these hats didn't work. All you would need to complete the kit is the the rotors (160-6833/34), calipers (120-11782-BK), pads (7416) and new spacers.
