I have an ECU I just removed from my MK4. I just upgraded with crate motor. I also have FFR engine harness available. $350 for ECU. Plus shipping.

Do you need it because your building a car or is the one you have now not working?
Most A9L's (and A9P's) can be repaired if it's just a capacitor issue - they go bad and things don't work.
The capacitors can be replaced rather easily and at less then $5 for the parts.
