Are you sure they're not on the website? I just went to the mirror page and it brings up three different mounts. Two for the center mirror and the one side mirror post. Here's the link. Hope it helps.

He's not taking orders. But if you send him an email, you can maybe get on a waiting list for when he makes them the next time. That's what I did and was able to get one. Or you can make one. Pretty simple piece.
