How do I prep the underside of the body and hood

I know I have to prep and paint the underside of the hood. What are the steps?
Do I have to do anything to the underside of the body? Looks like most if not all is covered with headliner or hidden behind the aluminum.

It all depends on what you want the finished produce to look like. If you want it smooth just like the exterior, you'll have to smooth out the surface with the same steps as the exterior. If you want the least amount of work, just knock down the high spots and hi it with bed liner. Its all about what you want it to look like.

How much of the interior of the body can be seen? It seems like most is covered with headliner or hidden behind the aluminum panels.

mint, the windshield pillers will show some if you don't bring down the head liner. I had that part done when I had the headliner installed. My kit did not include a piece big enough to do them.
The only other part that really shows is the rear brake scoope window and wheel area.
