Oil Pan Gasket Leaking

My engine is a 2001 Mustang 4.6 SOHC. I installed a new oil pan gasket when I put on the oil pan, but it leaks. The bolt holes in the oil pan gasket have a metal insert, so tightening the bolts does not help. So I took off the oil and bought a new gasket, but it is the same as the old gasket, so I am concerned that the new gasket will leak too. Anyone know how to get this to stop leaking.
