Does anyone have any knowledge on the Hyperfuel In-tank Modules? How easy would it be to put one into a 03-04 Mustang fuel tank. I am looking at either the FiTech 34003 or 34001.

Thanks in advance, Mike.

I have no expierence with the FI tech unit but if you need the flow to support increased hp there are other options like a 340lph aeromotive, deatschwerks, or Walbro drop in pumps. 340lph is good to around 800-900 hp na, the 225lph version is solid to around 600-700 hp na. All are cheaper drop in options that that are proven (I run the deatschwerks 340 in my 437 whp DD Subaru). In my option a G-rotor pump like these is the way to go. If starvation is causing issues the best solution is a drop in cobra tank like what Glenn’s performance makes.

Mike, I'm confused. Is this FiTech going along with your 4.6 DOHC motor?

Frank, yes I am thinking of ditching the factory fuel injection and going with a carb intake and a FiTech set up. I have been chasing a fuel delivery problem that I can't wrap my head around. This may be my best option. Hoping it will work with the factory timing and computer is another challenge. Really kicking myself for going with this engine, but I don't have the resources to do a "do over".

What is the motor doing and what mods does it have done to it. I think you are much better off (cheaper) sticking with the oem set up. Also do you have a loging software where you can record what the ecu is doing when it’s running or cranking if it isn’t running.

Mike, I just replied on your fuel delivery thread.
