My front KONI Shocks are on backorder and sounds like they will be for awhile. Any issues with proceeding on front including spindles, wilwoods torqueing etc with shocks at later time?

I don’t see any issue with that. You can certainly take them out to replace after the fact so no reason they have to go in now.

Thats one of the advantages of Coil over shocks.

Coilover Shock Ride Height Mockup Tool
in your favorite search engine... not trying to spend your money but it would give you the idea. really the tool could be replicated with a bar and couple of holes drilled in it.
