Hello.
Something I stumbled on today. I was playing with adjusting the upper controls arms. Noticed that the bolts aren't on the same side. Do I have two same sides? Or is this normal?

Also, the space between the coil and arm is quite noticeable. I was hitting my hand on one side and that got me wondered. :)
(no alingment done, just prepping)

Thanks,

Bolt arrangement is normal. Don't read anything into the spring spacing until you're aligned. Hard to tell from your pictures, but all the adjusters should show the exact amount of exposed threads on each end.

Thanks edwardb. I plan on doing my own alignment. Went back and forth couple times and will give it a shot. From my understanding I need to worry about toe/caster/camber. Still researching simple how to steps...

On the circled bolt on the left side check that it clears the caliper when steering is turned the whole way. Sometimes it is better to have the head of the bolt underneath and the nut on top. Regarding alignment this is a great ool

Make an adapter from plywood or a piece of shelf
