Steering Column Plugs?

Have 2006 Impreza WRX donor and I am trying to troubleshoot no power to headlights. After researching the electrical manual and postings, I am confused if the 3 plugs on the bottom side of the steering column need to be used. I read a reference to wipers, turning signal, and parking lights but I am not finding plugs that match nor do I see it in the electrical manual. Should there be plugs for these 3 ?

Figured it out...B69, B70, and B71 for anyone with a 2006. Mine were buried and didn't do the dis-assemble myself. thanks for all who are posting out here!! really does help a lot!
