I e-mailed Patti with pics of cracked windshield last night and called this AM shortly after they answer phones to follow-up as we all know phone works better than e-mail with them. After hello how are you doing and small chit chat with Patti she says new windshield is on the way without me having to me bring the subject up. Thanks to Patti and the FFR way.

I am VERY appreciative of the understanding of the last week with multpile events and the wright of the world crashing down on us. The crew works hard every day and over the years we have done a great job. There will ALWAYS be issues in the very complex custom car business, but thankfully the bulk of the recent ones are about to fade in the rear view mirror, leaving us grateful for the patience of our customers and for the jobs we have.

I wonder which forum member was responsible for them willingly replacing cracked windshields, despite everybody jumping on him saying he'd installed it wrong and it was his fault and he should not pursue it at all. Hmmmmmmm, I'd sure like to thank him for being persistent with the issue for several months :D
