Editing Profile?

Just tried to update my profile and add an avatar....get a statement that says I do not have privileges for this. Do you need a certain post count before these are enabled?

Yup, 20. I was in the same boat... until I PM'd an admin, and they saw I had a kit on the way. They then altered my privileges
